Pawlit — Shipping Policy

Every harness is made to order — your dog's name and your number are stitched onto the patch before it's packed — so the wait has two parts: making it, and getting it to you.

Free delivery

There is no delivery charge on any order, to any country we ship to.

How long it takes

• Made and dispatched: Within 4 Working Days

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way. These are estimates rather than guarantees — carriers and customs occasionally take longer — and we will tell you if yours is running late.

Where we ship

The UK, the EU, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Duty and import tax

Orders delivered outside [the UK] may attract import duty or tax on arrival. That is set by your country rather than by us, and it is not included in the price. We declare every parcel at its real value; we will not mark one as a gift.

Changing your address

Email us within [24 hours] of ordering and we will change it. After that the patch has usually been stitched and the parcel has gone.

If it does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for [10 days], email us and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is genuinely lost we will remake and resend it at our cost — you will not pay twice.
